Returns
If for any reason you wish to return an item, we can offer a refund if the item is returned within 14 days of purchase. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns to our customers. Any returns must be made at your own cost. If your item is faulty, please contact our customer service team at hello@roomlytham.co.uk to discuss the procedure for returns of faulty items. Please also keep a copy of your receipt from the Post Office or courier as proof of return.
In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact and with the despatch note you received enclosed.
Returns & Rewards
If you return an item, any points rewarded for the purchase of this item will be deducted from your account when the refund is processed.
If you return all items on the order you redeemed points on, your points used will be credited back to your account.
If you only partially return your order, the full value of the items returned will be refunded, therefore, the points are still redeemed against the product you have kept.
