Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48 services apply from date of dispatch. We will dispatch order as soon as possible after an order is placed.

Returns

If for any reason you wish to return an item, we can offer a refund if the item is returned within 14 days of purchase. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free returns to our customers. Any returns must be made at your own cost. If your item is faulty, please contact our customer service team at hello@roomlytham.co.uk to discuss the procedure for returns of faulty items. 

All returns are processed within 5 working days of arriving at our warehouse. As a small team, we're unable to check returns as soon as they're delivered, so we aren't able to confirm receipt before then. If you've not heard from us once those 5 working days have passed, do get back in touch and we'll be glad to help.

Once your refund has been processed, please allow up to 10 working days for it to reach your account, depending on your bank's processing times. It's usually much quicker than that, but 10 working days is the general timeframe banks give us.

If you'd like to follow your parcel back to us, we'd advise sending it with a tracked service. It isn't required, but it's the only way to confirm when it reaches us, as tracking is the sender's responsibility. Please do keep your proof of postage either way.

In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact and with the despatch note you received enclosed.

Returns & Rewards

If you return an item, any points rewarded for the purchase of this item will be deducted from your account when the refund is processed.

If you return all items on the order you redeemed points on, your points used will be credited back to your account.

If you only partially return your order, the full value of the items returned will be refunded, therefore, the points are still redeemed against the product you have kept.

Returning in person?

You're very welcome to bring your online order back to our Lytham shop. Simply return your items to us with your packing slip enclosed, within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that purchases made in store follow a separate process — the current in-store return rules are displayed in the shop and printed on your receipt, so do check there for anything you've bought with us in person.
