Welcome to our world!

We're a proudly independent business with roots in beautiful Lytham, Lancashire, where our high street shop has been a staple since 2009. What started as a small dream quickly grew into something bigger—and thanks to a little leap of faith (and a lot of community love), we now also run a thriving online store from our warehouse in nearby Blackpool.

Like many small businesses, the pandemic in 2020 forced us to rethink everything. Out of sheer determination (and yes, a bit of desperation), we took the plunge and launched our online side—and we've never looked back. Fast forward to now, and we're lucky to have an amazing online family: nearly 62,000 'Roomies' on Facebook, almost 12,000 in our VIP Facebook group, and over 7,000 followers on Instagram. You lot have stuck with us through thick and thin—and we're so grateful.

The heart of our business? That would be Ellie. She joined the team, took the online side of things and ran with it—bringing a whole new energy and making it very much her own. Always genuine, and exactly the same on Facebook Lives as she is off-camera. What you see is truly what you get.

Behind the scenes, we've got two incredible teams making everything happen. Over at the warehouse in Blackpool, Marta keeps things running like clockwork with her dedicated team. And in our Lytham shop, Linda and Hayley run a brilliant (and small but mighty!) crew who bring personality, service, and smiles to everyone who walks through the door.

We may have grown, but we've stayed true to who we are—friendly, real, and community-focused. Whether you shop with us in person or join us online, we're so glad you're here.
